Michel Farcy holds a Master Degree from « Ecole des Mines de Paris », France.
He started his career as a research scientist in « Jyoty Solar Institute », Gujarat, India. He then worked as production superintendent, process engineer and engineering manager in chemical companies Rhône-Poulenc, DuPont, Monsanto and Ajinomoto.
He developed his business acumen and interest for water treatment at Pall Corporation, where he held various marketing and sales positions, including Vice President for Sales in Africa.
He gradually saw the urgency and priority to become a “créateur d’eau potable” and serve the underserved ethically and through a sustainable and social business. He created Aclaira and has been its President since February 2015.
